Aloha My Friends,

Here we are in sweet October.

October always reminds me of my mother as this was her birthday month and this Libra new moon is connected to personal relationships. With Mercury joining Mars in the retrograde opportunity, we can doubly choose to willingly revisit, reevaluate, refine and re-tune our relationships with full support from this moon cycle.  The relationship I’ve chosen to focus on this month is the one I have with myself.

As I am trusting to dive deeply into the subconscious realm and rewire/rewrite the habits and mind talk for better support in my life, I am continuously grateful for the tools, techniques and technicians made available to me which help me evolve into the woman I dream of being
Zyto, the developer of one of my favorite tools, Zyto Compass, recently upped their game by launching Zyto Insights Pro. This incredible biocommunication instrument has made it possible for me to do wellness scans remotely. In the privacy of your home using your smartphone or computer, you can receive a thorough report of your current mental, emotional and physical adaptabilities to determine which areas need support as well as dietary recommendations. Using aspects of Zyto's EVOX voice pattern technology (EVOX has been providing biofeedback services since 2007), Insights Pro applies voice frequency analysis with kinetic response, to create a personal “spark” for scanning essential oils, supplements, foods and therapeutic modalities to give you recommendations that support your health and well being. I am so excited about this advanced technology that I am extending a special invitation to you for a complimentary ($120 value) adaptability and food scan session. This offer is good through the end of the current moon cycle (Nov. 14.) Click here and use coupon code: SPARK to schedule your free appointment.

As the concept of Dynamic Wellness continues to intrigue me on multiple levels, I am highlighting three oils that appeared on my latest Zyto scan: cassia, tangerine and the Arise blend.

Cassia, the warm and spicy botanical cousin of cinnamon, is delicious in chocolate, oatmeal, baked goods and much more. It is the oil of self-assurance and provides awesome immune, cardiovascular and digestive support. As I’ve been facing the part of me that’s been “playing small” in different aspects of my life, this oil can help me draw in the courage and confidence needed for me to shine in the gifts and talents of my authentic self. I really enjoy the layered power of tangerine, the oil of spontaneity, with cassia in the diffuser and in cooking.

Tangerine is a delicious, cleansing and purifying citrus oil that supports healthy digestion and metabolism. From an emotional standpoint, it is an oil of abundant creation. In this window of opportunity to be creative in our manifesting, tangerine is a perfect enhancement.

Arise, part of the Yoga trio, is a blend of grapefruit, lemon, osmanthus, melissa and siberian fir with fractionated coconut oil. It is a powerfully enlightening oil. The first time I diffused it after my recent scan, I was blown away at how much fuller, taller, clearer and happier I felt in about 30 seconds. The emotional strengths of this blend help us to accept all parts of ourselves while assisting our souls in realizing that we are capable of more than we ever thought possible. Hooray for infinite possibilities! I am diffusing Arise with delight as part of my morning ritual to activate my mindset of creation and manifestation.

Here is a simply delicious treat for Halloween or anytime!
