I'm not a woo-woo person. I want to be upfront about that. But something about the combination of Mimi's intuition, her questions, and the cards took me somewhere I wouldn't have gotten to on my own, and what came through kinda blew my mind.

The sessions surfaced limiting beliefs I hadn't really sat with before. And instead of just pointing them out, Mimi helped me figure out what to actually do with them. What I realized was that it wasn’t enough just to try and “let go of what wasn't serving me”, but what I needed was to intentionally put something positive in its place. That was new for me. Releasing something leaves a gap, and I'd never really thought about filling it on purpose. Turns out what I needed was rest and play. Which sounds almost too simple, but I'd been overworking and overwhelming myself for so long that I needed someone to basically give me permission to stop. To give me the remedy.

That's kind of Mimi's thing, she finds these little back doors. Ways of looking at what's going on that you wouldn't come up with from inside your own head.
